We enjoy getting to know each of our clients and match-making with the perfect local vendors based a couple’s priorities, personality, vision and budget. We pride ourselves on the strong relationships we hold with local wedding and event vendors and have an extensive list of valued vendors and partners that we work with and are happy to recommend.
We find that most of our clients are busy professionals who are planning a destination wedding from afar and need help planning from start to finish. We act as a liaison on the ground in the Gorge to help navigate all the pre-planning and work with the vendor team. We will assist from the very start with venue and vendor scouting and selection, which is important to book early since venues and vendors will often fill a year in advance. We will help to carefully select a vendor team that will fit each budget; from there, we’ll work with you in conceptualizing a theme, colors, and creative décor, all personalized to your taste and uniqueness as a couple.
Hitched in the Hood will provide a custom “day-of event” timeline and will be there for the entire day to execute every last detail. We will manage the vendor team and handle all logistical details so that everyone can relax and enjoy their big day.
